We do not collect, hold, process, or distribute funds for PCB orders.
All financial transactions occur directly between the Customer and the Supplier.
We are not a party to the payment transaction.

1. Introduction
Welcome to FindmyPCB ("the Platform"). By registering an account or using our services to request quotes or manufacture PCBs, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Payments & Financial Terms
Since we operate on a "Direct Connection" model, the following financial terms apply:
- Direct Payment: Customers must make payments directly to the bank account details provided by the Supplier in their Quotation.
- No Escrow: FindmyPCB does not offer escrow services. We do not hold funds on behalf of either party.
- Verification: Customers are required to upload proof of payment (transaction screenshot/UTR number) to the platform to update the order status. It is the Supplier's responsibility to verify the receipt of funds before starting production.
- Risk: Any financial loss due to fraudulent transfers, wrong account numbers, or banking errors is strictly between the Customer and Supplier. The Platform is not liable for lost funds.
4. Orders & Contract of Sale
- The Contract: When a Customer accepts a quote, a binding contract is formed directly between the Customer and the Supplier. The Platform is not a party to this contract.
- Production: Production begins only after the Supplier confirms receipt of payment.
- Cancellations: Once production has started (e.g., CAM engineering, material cutting), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the custom nature of the product.
5. Shipping & Delivery
All logistics are managed by the Supplier.
- Tracking: Suppliers are required to update the platform with valid courier tracking numbers upon shipment.
- Delays: FindmyPCB is not responsible for production delays, courier delays, customs holds, or goods damaged in transit.
- Incoterms: Unless otherwise specified in the quote, all shipments are considered Ex-Works (EXW).
6. Disputes, Defects & Refunds
While we do not hold funds, we strive to ensure fair trading practices.
- Quality Issues: If goods are defective (e.g., short circuits, incorrect specs), the Customer must notify the Supplier within 7 days of delivery.
- Refund Responsibility: Since the Supplier holds the funds, any refund must be issued by the Supplier directly to the Customer. The Platform cannot force a refund but can sanction Suppliers who violate fair trade policies.
- Remakes: In case of proven manufacturing defects, the standard industry remedy is a "Remake" (replacement batch) rather than a cash refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindmyPCB shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
- Financial losses incurred due to a Supplier's failure to deliver goods after receiving direct payment.
- Defects in products manufactured by Suppliers listed on the platform.
Users acknowledge that they transact at their own risk and are encouraged to review Supplier ratings and reviews before making payments.
8. User Conduct & Integrity
- Accuracy: Customers warrant that they own the intellectual property (IP) for the designs they upload. Suppliers warrant that their facility capabilities are accurately represented.
- Circumvention: Users agree not to use the Platform solely to identify counterparties and then complete transactions offline to avoid platform record-keeping.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who:
- Engages in fraudulent financial activities.
- Consistently delivers defective products (Suppliers).
- Abuses the dispute system or harasses other users.
